Bayou Catering started
many years ago as a way to make gathering with friends more fun and more special. Instead of ordering pizza, I always wanted to cook something fun and different.
, almost everyone cooks. No real event takes place without food being a close second to the event itself! When I moved to Florida, I knew that I wasn't going to get the food I was used to in Baton Rouge. So I started cooking and experimenting on my friends. That went well most of the time.
I love to cook and entertain. The beauty of this business is good food with people looking to have a good time. We provide menu selections that are both traditional, but also unique. We strive to provide the “WOW” factor to an event. Just like in Louisiana, we want our food to be at least a close second to the event itself. Our staff has experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry, and we aim to make events efficient, successful, and fun.
